Mr & Mrs J.Woolgarr of North Cornwall decide to replace their static caravan at Cracking ton Haven.

We were contacted and a visit was arranged to view a Transportable Timber Home during construction. They subsequently ordered a home to be built on a static chassis. Being owners of the land the new home would not be moved.

After construction the site was visited by an inspector from North Cornwall planning department. She confirmed the structure as a Transportable Timber Home.

Farm workers dwelling in Wrexham

Mr Davis has a agricultural and livestock farm on the outskirts of Wrexham. To enable planned expansion an additional dairyman was required. Due to the isolated position of the farm a home was required. The planning department would only grant a temporary approval for a three year period. We applied therefore for a Transportable Timber Cabin, insulated for year round use and built on a wheeled chassis. After 3 years full approval for the home was granted.

In September 2012 we were approached by Mr & Mrs Edge of Whichall in Shropshire. They wanted to move into a single storey home due to mobility problems. We liaised with their Architect and designed a complete “Eco” Timber Home to comply with all Building Regulations. With thw addition of Solar PV and additional insulation our home exceeded the structual requirements for this type of dwelling. It was given “A” rated Energy Performance Certficate.
