Mr Davis has a agricultural and livestock farm on the outskirts of Wrexham. To enable planned expansion an additional dairyman was required. Due to the isolated position of the farm a home was required. The planning department would only grant a temporary approval for a three year period. We applied therefore for a Transportable Timber Cabin, insulated for year round use and built on a wheeled chassis. After 3 years full approval for the home was granted.
The Smallest Transportable Cabin is the ‘Rutland’. It has all the features of the larger homes ie Full Insulation vaulted ceiling in 20mm T@G timber Solid timber floors, double with cavity filled with insulation.
