The external walls are solid 70mm log, not cladding and the windows and doors are maintenance free UPVC.
Built on a galvanised steel, wheeled chassis.
The roof is a tile effect plasticized steel sheet, not shingles.
The studios have an open plan living area and veranda (see below for example layout).

Chassis Construction
The studio lodges are built upon a fully galvanised steel, wheeled chassis which is virtually maintenance free. It is recommended for any environment including coastal areas and is provided with a 12yr anti-corrosion warranty as standard. The chassis manufacturer has been a supplier to the leisure market for over 50 years and produce over 12,000 chassis each year.
Business Opportunities
These studio lodges make ideal holiday accommodation and offer a cost effective entry into the lucrative glamping holiday market.
They can also be built in most circumstances without planning permission when used privately in your garden or grounds.
If you join the Freedom Camping Club you can site up to 6 Studio Lodges without planning permission and accommodate their members without paying a fee.
Financing
Finance is available without deposit over 5 years through an independent finance broker. A typical refurbished or studio lodge can be supplied and built for from £108.00 per week without deposit.
Fully constructed Studio Lodge prices start from £20,400 and they can also be supplied as a supply only kit from £16,800.
