The Pennine Lodge is constructed in 2 sections to conform with planning department requirements for a Transportable Home. Width up to 6.8 length to 18 metres.
Constructed from as little as £880/per SQM, including full insulation , floor, roof and walls to building regulations. We offer this with our made to measure option, designed to your own requirements from 40 to 110 square meters inclosing a 1 to 4 bedroom home.
Wheeled chassis Option
Transportable Homes can be built in site on a static or wheeled chassis. The wheeled chassis is supplied direct from the UK factory and is invoiced separately to the client. On land you own, this may not be required by the planning department. We do however offer this feature to all our customers. An approximate cost of a wheeled chassis is from £78.00 per square meter in galvanized steel, excluding delivery from the Factory in Hull.
